Hypomania is fun. It let me go to the movies and out to dinner with my daughter yesterday and I hate going out. I was happy despite the back pain. Bre and I enjoyed our day! No arguing and lots of joking and laughing!!! (more…)

So I have few quirks. One of those being that I really hate whistling!!!! To me it is like silverware running across a plate or fingernails on chalkboard. It physically hurts my ears. (more…)

So back to those folks that think “everyone is a little bipolar”. I call bullshit and request a reality check. Bipolar Disorder is a brain disorder. It is a medical condition. It is not the “mood swings” that unaffected people deal with on an occasional to daily basis. (more…)
